• ✘ Extra waiting time beyond the standard allowance (Aed 100 per hr)

• ✘ Additional stops outside the agreed itinerary

• ✘ Entrance tickets to attractions (if applicable)

• ✘ Meals, snacks, or beverages other than provided bottled water

• All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

• Full passenger details (including flight details for airport transfers) must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the service.

• Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or as per agreed terms with the company).

• Any changes to bookings (timing, location, number of passengers) must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Last-minute changes or requests made within 24 hours of the service cannot be guaranteed.

• No refunds will be provided in case of no-show, delayed arrival beyond waiting time, or incorrect booking details (e.g., wrong flight number, hotel, or passenger information).

• The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule transfers due to circumstances beyond control (traffic, weather, government regulations, etc.). In such cases, alternative arrangements will be offered whenever possible

General Guidelines

• Carrying alcohol in a vehicle or while on tour is strictly prohibited. A heavy fine of AED 50,000 applies if caught.

• It is recommended to purchase a SIM card with data at the airport. This ensures smooth communication with drivers since WhatsApp calls are not supported in Dubai.

• Vehicles are assigned strictly based on the number of passengers. Extra charges apply if an additional or larger vehicle is required due to excess or oversized luggage.

• Stays outside the city area will incur additional transfer surcharges, payable before boarding.

• Private Transfers are limited to pickup and drop-off only. The service is not on disposal. Maximum waiting time is 15 minutes at the pickup point, after which it will be considered a no-show.

• For residential pickups, only private transfers are available, with an additional surcharge payable directly.

• Requests to change private transfer timings must be made at least 24 hours in advance via the Telegram app. Last-minute requests cannot be accommodated.

• Child Policy: Tickets are charged based on the age declared at the time of booking. If service providers apply different rules (e.g., based on height or passport details), any extra charges must be paid directly by the customer.
