   - We may cancel, alter, or omit any part of an activity with or without notice at our sole discretion.

   - Delays or cancellations may occur due to factors beyond our or our suppliers' control (e.g., weather, accidents, sickness, governmental restrictions, force majeure).

   - Refunds or partial refunds may be considered at our discretion and/or that of the activity's supplier in such cases.
