CANCELLATION POLICY

1. For all cancellations made 24 hours before the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
2. If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
3. If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned to you within 15 working days.

CHILD POLICY

1. Children under 3 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost.
2. Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
3. Children above age 10 will be considered an adult and charged an adult rate.
