For any tour canceled 72 hours before the tour departure date, 5% or 20 dhs per adult service charges (whichever is higher) are applicable.
If canceled within 72 hours days of the tour departure date, 100% charges are applicable.
If eligible for a refund, the refund will be made within 15 working days.
The refunded Amount will be calculated as per the booking status.
NO cancellation or refund will be possible/granted after any tickets are issued.
